I am a repeat customer and I am used to paying approximately $19.99 for an oil change. I wasn’t to pleased to Be charged $35.00

One other thing. Normally, I feel like I get the “hard sell” when I go to this location to have my windshield wipers replaced, air filter replaced etc. They didn’t do that this time, which is normally a good thing for me. However, this time, I went in there and my check engine light was on, so I thought for sure they would notice it and ask me if I wanted it looked at/repaired and no body even brought it up to me.

What should have been a 2-3 hour job took over 6 hours. The wrong parts kept getting delivered. Initially I was told that the wrong parts had been delivered after that there was no communication with me unless I asked. Louis was very short with me when I asked if we were still waiting for the right parts to be delivered. I expressed my frustration when it had been 3 hours since the first time the wrong parts were delivered and his response to me was "that's why you should have gotten a ride home". I most likely will not be returning to this Midas once I get the free oil change I was given for the inconvenience.

Everyone I talked to there was friendly, helpful and courteous. They kept me informed of the progress in diagnostics and didn't charge me for repairs that didn't completely fix the problem.
